Photo tour of Rione Sanità
A small-group photography walk from Naples’ historic centre to the Rione Sanità, exploring the city through observation and image-making.
The experience begins at 3pm at Magazzini Fotografici, with a welcome coffee and a short introduction to the workshop. Before setting off, you’ll have time to explore the space and its current photography exhibitions.
From Magazzini Fotografici, the group will walk towards the Rione Sanità, using the journey as an opportunity to observe and photograph Naples. Along the way, you’ll work on composition, framing and ways of looking at the city, taking inspiration from its streets, architecture, people and details of everyday life.
The walk is open to all levels of experience, and there’s no need for specialist equipment – you can take part with either a camera or a smartphone.
At 5pm, the group will visit the Cimitero delle Fontanelle before continuing the photography walk on the return journey.
The experience finishes back at Magazzini Fotografici at around 7pm, with a glass of Prosecco and time to share thoughts about the walk and the images created along the way.
